1. Customers: Who are your customers? What do they demand? How often do they make shopping? To what extend do they need help/support befıre they decide buying?
2. Merchandising: To which products or services do you want to give priority? And how?
3. Support Service: How will you respond to your customers’ questions and what will you offer them for their problems before and after sale?
4. Online Sale: Will you make online sales? Or will you just inform customers and then direct them to to your offline store?
5. Processing Order: How will you receive orders ? What will your delivery and payment system be?
6.Supply/Demand: Are you ready for supplying the expectations of customers? What kind of delivery system will you offer?
7. After-Sale Services: Is aditional customer support service in your consideration ? Will you be able to show customers shippping status?
8. Marketing Data / Analyses: What type of informations will you track from purchasing process? How will you use these informations in order to develop your business?
Abovementioned criterias are of paramount importance for success in determining business strategy in electronic commerce (ecommerce).
